I have had most of these songs written and ready for recording since 2019, but multiple plans to record the album always fell through. Some of the songs had their beginnings as far back as 2012, but it took me until now to finally get the chance to finish up the songs and record them. My buddy, Trey, enthusiastically agreed to play drums for me on this album, since he has been playing several shows with me recently. This really helped shape the feel of the album, because it informed how I played my parts. This album turned out a little more rockin' than my previous releases under my name. All of the wonderful friends that contributed to this album helped shape it into what it became. I really hope that you like it, and I am so very happy that these songs are finally out in the world, since I have been playing most of them live for quite some time. The cover photo is of The Brimmy aka Ian Cowlick. I took the photo back in the late 90's, I believe. I had a terrible time coming up with a cover image, so I just used my favorite picture of one of my best friends of all time. That way, whenever I look at the cover I will smile. Alex Madej was nice enough to add the text for me and crop the image to make it more exciting. As always, thank you so much for listening!
